Please refer to Rental Agreement and accept terms at www.BerkeleySpringsCottageRentals.com Deposit Policy We require a 50 deposit to hold the reservation. Cancellation Policy – 10 Cancellation Fee applies to all cancellations made 48 or more hours before your reservation or you can reschedule your reservation for no cancellation fee. – 20 Cancellation Fee for all cancellations between 24 hours and 48 hours before your Reservation date. – 1 night stay fee applies to any cancellation made on the day of check-in. – Sorry, no refunds or discounts for early departures. Rescheduling Policy – One time courtesy rescheduling of reservations for no additional fee if reservation is rescheduled 48 hours or more prior to check in date. – Any additional changes will incur a 25 processing fee per change plus applicable taxes. Cleaning Fee A cleaning charge will apply to any one-night stay. This cleaning fee varies for each property.
